Always follow your doctor’s instructions. The usual dose is one spray in each nostril once daily. For optimal results, administer the spray in the morning.
Before first use: Prime the pump by pressing it several times until a fine spray appears. This may require up to six actuations.
Administering the spray: Gently blow your nose to clear your nasal passages. Hold the bottle upright. Insert the nozzle into one nostril, close the opposite nostril with your finger, and then spray firmly while inhaling gently through your nose. Repeat for the other nostril.
Important: Avoid spraying directly into your eyes. If this happens, rinse your eyes thoroughly with water.
Cleaning the nasal spray: Clean the nozzle regularly with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the bottle in water.
Missed dose: If you miss a dose, administer it as soon as you remember, unless it is almost time for your next dose. Never double the dose.
Storage: Store the nasal spray at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
