| Dark urine or pale stools | Contact your doctor; these are signs of potential liver or gallbladder issues. |
| High fever (over 101°F or 38.3°C) | Contact your doctor; this indicates a severe infection requiring further attention. |
| Symptoms persisting beyond two days after initiating treatment | Contact your doctor; this suggests the infection might require a different approach. |
| Metallic taste in mouth lasting longer than expected | Contact your doctor; this is an unusual side effect requiring evaluation. |
